I hope someone can help me, I have been smoking my food using charcoal and cherry wood. I smoke my food for 8-10 hours. When we eat, the food has a very bad aftertaste, almost taste like lighter fluid aftertaste, but I sm not usign lighter fluid. Not sure why I am getting this tatse, happens in all my foods, ribs, brisket, or pork. Please help.
